After serving one tour of duty in the republic of Viet Nam, Bonaparte U. Karratti returned to the United States shattered by the combat experience and experienced  a disrespected society.  He received an honorable release from the military, Army Division.  Implementing veteran benefits (G.I. Bill) and earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Management with a minor in accounting and economics from Brigham Young University.  Bo founded Ulukou Enterprises, LLC in 2010.  Ulukou Enterprises LLC specializes in the management and sales of products and services.   Bonaparte knows the disadvantages of being a small business as he is a small business owner himself.  As a service disabled Veteran (SDVOSB) and a native Hawaiian, he has surrounded himself by companies that have great products and services to meet the needs of the commercial, private, and government sectors.
